Burke
in honor of Burke

Burke

Burke is a tenacious child. He was born on June 26, 2006, and suffers from Charge syndrome, growth hormone deficiency, reactive airway disease, asthma, and trachealmalasia. “He is curious, tenacious, sweet and silly,” his parents say. “He loves to dress up in Star Wars Lego ships and have light saber jousts with his brothers, Levi and Judah.” Burke also has a favorite nighttime ritual. “He loves to read, and each night he piles 15 books on his bed and falls asleep with his favorite one open over the top of his head.”

Burke’s family is grateful for the support of the CHARGE Syndrome Foundation and Seattle’s Deaf-Blind Service Center.
