Dylan M

Dylan was born on November 22, 2001, and passed away on August 2, 2006. He was the son of Sherri and Brian and the older brother of Brady. Dylan suffered from Tay-Sachs Disease, a condition that is always fatal.

Dylan enjoyed swimming and music, and particularly liked the music of LeAnn Rimes. He saw her in concert three times, and was able to meet her. He also liked books, his baby brother Brady, and Madison, his puppy.

Dylan’s parents remember him as their “very special angel. He was so much fun to cuddle with, and all who knew him got to share his innocent spirit. He had the best giggle, until Tay-Sachs stole it away from him.” Dylan’s family will always feel the joy Dylan brought into their lives: “Some people only dream of angels; we actually held one in our arms!”

Sherri and Brian would like to thank DJ’s Foundation for Tay-Sachs Disease, a 501c(3) non-profit corporation established to provide support for affected families, education awareness, and funding for research. You can learn more about the foundation at its web site, www.djsfoundation.org.
