Healing Wisdom of the Twenty-Third Psalm by Rabbi Kushner. Rabbi Kushner lost his own son at the age of 13 to a degenerative illness. His books are always insightful and comforting.

Tear Soup: A Recipe for Healing After a Loss by Pat Schweibert and Chuck DeKlyen. A picture book for adults or older children that explores what it means to grieve and ultimately heal after a tragic loss. Has wonderful information and resources in the appendix.
We Were Gonna Have a Baby, But We had An Angel Instead by Pat Schweibert. A simple picture book for children to help explore the confusing feelings young children when a much anticipated sibling dies and never comes home.
