Born to Justin and Erica on August 29, 2010, Jacob has Infantile Tay-Sachs Disease. His mother loves “his smile, his gentle eyes, how they can tell you everything you need to know.” Jacob “is always happy no matter what. When he was smaller, if I was ever sad or crying, he would always laugh at me. That always made me smile.”
