Leonardo "Leo" I.

In her 24th week of pregnancy, Leo’s mother, Elizabeth, developed pre-eclampsia, and Leo was born at 26 weeks by emergency C-section.

Subsequently, he developed necrotizing enterocolitis, underwent stomach surgery, and became trach/vent-dependent. “Leo has been a blessing to us and has given us so much joy,” his parents say. “He loves to play and get lots of attention.”

His parents loved dressing him up for his Soulumination portrait sessions. “It was the first time we dressed him up for pictures. The pictures are beautiful and capture just how much we love and adore our baby.”
