Born on February 18, 2017, Lucas is fighting Alagille syndrome and biliary atresia, and recently underwent a liver transplant. “He takes such joy in everything,” his mother says. “Life is so amazing to him!” Soulumination’s portraits, she adds, “give us hope. We look at them every day knowing we are lucky to have these days together.”
