Poppy was born on March 8, 2013, with hypoplastic left heart syndrome. She is scheduled for a heart transplant at around the time she will be two months old. "She is so sweet, curious, endearing, precious, and peaceful," her mother says. "She loves having her hands up by her face, and loves sucking on her bottom lip."
