With over 24 years of experience in Development and Individual Giving, Allison
Rabbitt brings unparalleled expertise and heart to every project. She has
revitalized patron programs at the Henry Art Gallery and Seattle Opera and led
the capital campaign for Seattle Opera’s Opera Center. During her career as a
fundraiser, she also worked on capital campaigns with Seattle Center Foundation
and Seattle Academy of Arts & Sciences (SAAS).
Allison is the Boss Lady at RoosterRabbitt Consulting where she supports
nonprofits throughout the region with strategic fundraising counsel for capital
campaigns, individual giving programs, and interim development leadership. In
addition, she is the Consulting Director of Community Investment for Watershed
Community Development and their major urban renewal project, The Bend, a
live/work district in Seattle’s Georgetown neighborhood.
Allison enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dog, sculpting cakes for
people she loves, playing accordion and lifting weights (not at the same time!)
Serving on the board of Soulumination means I can support the meaningful work
of supporting people during an extraordinary time in their lives and creating
legacies. I care deeply about the service that Soulumination provides to families
during a brutally difficult time in their life, when a photo session is probably the
last thing on a families’ mind. I treasure photos, I’ve spent days of my life
reflecting on the images of my ancestors, events from my life, the smiles of my
children as small people when they are now big people, change is constant and
photos capture a person, a moment, in a way that little else can. I also love
building connections behind the scenes, doing the surprising thing that makes
someone feel seen, cherished, and have a sense of belonging. Soulumination
does this! Soulumination extends the impact that one life can have in the world.
