Shannon Garbaccio

Hi, I’m Shannon.  I’m a portrait, family and event photographer in the PNW.  I fell in love with photography after my twins were born.  I was driven to document every single move they made. I took loads of photography classes and became obsessed with light, composition and posing. I practiced and practiced, loving my new craft!  I realized that I'd found a creative side of myself that I didn’t know was in there and a true calling!

I started my business in 2017 and have met so many incredible families and people along the way.  My goal is to capture the spirit of everyone I document.  I want their joy and true self to be reflected in my photos.

I have been shooting for Soulumination since 2019 and have been very moved and inspired by every child and family I have met.  It has been an incredibly fulfilling journey both personally and professionally.  I feel truly privileged to be part of such an incredible organization.

When I am not working, you can find me obsessing over my tennis game with my team.  I’m a devoted sports mom to both of my sporty teens; I'm definitely their biggest fan. I love spending time with my husband and I am completely gaga over my adorable rescue pup Cashew.
