We review nonurgent request forms during our office hours Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm. For urgent requests or requests outside our office hours and on weekends please call (206) 297-0885 from 8:30 am-9:00 pm.
I am a provider requesting a photo session on behalf of a family.
If you have an urgent request for a session or a request made during a weekend, please call (206) 297-0885 and then fill out the application form at your earliest convenience.
To facilitate urgent requests, maximize our chances of securing an available photographer, and ensure proper travel time, we ask for a minimum notice of two hours.
Our photographers are professionals who volunteer for us, and as such we cannot guarantee availability.
Our after-hours phone line is staffed by volunteers for urgent requests 4:30 pm-9:00 pm Mon.-Fri. and 8:30 am-9:00 pm Sat.-Sun.
We receive submitted requests throughout our regular business hours Mon.-Fri. 8:30 am-4:30 pm.
Sessions needed within 24 hours are reserved for unplanned compassionate removal of care or imminent passing of the patient and are considered urgent.
Parent patients must have a child or children 18 and under to qualify.
We do not accept post-mortem requests.
Soulumination is closed and lines of communication are not staffed on Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Dec. 25-Jan. 1.
Families receive a professional photo session, a secure online gallery of up to 60 images in both color and black and white, and custom legacy gifts, free of charge.
We offer one initial photo session per family; at any time, a second photo session may be requested for compassionate removal of care or imminent passing of the patient. If the patient remains hospitalized or their condition remains life-limiting, follow-up photo sessions may be requested every 18 months until the patient turns 18.
Approximately 7-10 days after the photo session, your private online gallery will be ready.
At Soulumination, we offer professional legacy photography programs to families of Washington state with a parent or child experiencing life-threatening conditions. Our programs, and all products and services, are free.
