• If you have an urgent end of life request please call (206) 297-0885 and then fill out the request form at your earliest convenience. 

• Our photographers are professionals who volunteer for us, and as such we cannot guarantee availability. 

• Our after-hours phone line is staffed by volunteers for urgent end of life requests 4:30 pm-9:00 pm Mon.-Fri. and 8:30 am-9:00 pm Sat.-Sun.

• We receive submitted requests throughout our regular business hours Mon.-Fri. 8:30 am-4:30 pm.

• Same-day requests are reserved for unplanned compassionate removal of care or imminent passing of the patient.

• Parent patients must have a child or children 18 and under to qualify.

• We do not accept post-mortem requests.

• Families receive a professional photo session, a secure online gallery of up to 60 images in both color and black and white, and custom legacy gifts, free of charge. 

• Approximately 7-10 days after the photo session, your private online gallery will be ready.

We schedule one initial photo session per family. 

Subsequent photo sessions may be requested under the following circumstances:

• The patient’s passing is deemed imminent;

• Six months after the initial session, if the patient has remained continuously hospitalized; or

• If the patient continues to experience a critical illness or condition, follow-up photo sessions may be requested every eighteen months.

A child is not eligible if they have completed treatment, are no longer facing their critical illness or condition, have recovered, or are in remission.
