John B.

John was 44 years old when he passed away on January 11, 2011, the victim of a brain tumor. He was the beloved father of KK, Joe, Grace and Tommy. “Our greatest accomplishment is our beautiful family, which includes our children, siblings, parents, and our many friends,” his wife Katie says. She remembers John as “a very positive, happy person who gave his complete attention to whoever he was with.” No matter how much he suffered, he never let his own pain distract him from care for others. “Before John died, he became blind and was in severe pain, but he continued to get out of bed each day and make the rest of us feel important and loved.”
